The staff I encountered were very friendly with superb customer service skills, they ensured that I was well taken care of and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely go back. The facility is centrally located, close to parks, shopping/banking centres and grocery stores. The food was good and the facility very clean. The place is well secured with security guard at the gate who lets you in, coupled with a swiping key card to access the suites; which means only persons that are supposed to be there are given access. The facility has spacious parking. I enjoyed support this local establishment. Thank you Altamont Court Hotel for an enjoyable stay.

The location was excellent, and the service from the reception all the way to the dining area was exceptionally friendly. Even the other guests staying at the hotel were warm and welcoming. The compound felt very safe, with room card access required to enter the gates leading to the rooms, which were located away from the entrance. The breakfast was delightful, and the entire staff was incredibly pleasant, always greeting us with smiles, which made the stay even more comforting.

Altamont Court Hotel, New Kingston, is a Jamaican owned family business.

I like the fact that there was ample parking for my car and they had a security personnel at the gate to let you in and out ( very secure place ) the lobby was very prestine the staff upon entering was very friendly my room was up to par clean and the bed was comfortable I ate at the restaurant on the premises and not only was the staff there was friendly but the food was great the room came with free breakfast which also was scrumptious very nice ambiance

Great location. It was like an Oasis in New Kingston. It was nice to have a pool. Our room had a balcony and was clean and comfortable. The food was good especially the red pea soup. Most of the staff were accommodating and friendly, however there were a couple of servers in the restaurant who made us feel like an inconvenience to them. On the whole we enjoyed our stay and will return on our next visit to Kingston.
